Past Life Regression (PLR) is a guided, deeply relaxing process that offers an opportunity to explore subconscious patterns, beliefs, memories and experiences that may influence how we think, feel and respond in our lives today.
Sometimes we find ourselves repeating patterns, reacting in ways we don't fully understand, or carrying fears, beliefs or emotional responses that seem to have no obvious origin.
PLR provides a safe and supportive space to explore these deeper layers of the psyche and gain a different perspective on ourselves and our lives.
For some, the experience can be deeply therapeutic. For others, it is a fascinating journey of self-discovery, personal growth and spiritual exploration.
You don't need to follow a particular belief system to experience PLR. An open mind and a willingness to explore are enough.
What can Past Life Regression help you explore?
PLR may offer insight into:
The intention is not to tell you what your experience means, but to create the space for you to explore it for yourself.
What happens during a session?
A Past Life Regression session takes place in two parts within the same appointment.
1. Consultation & Preparation
Approximately 60 minutes
We begin with a conversation about what you'd like to explore, followed by relaxation and guided exercises to help you settle into a deeply relaxed state and become more inwardly focused.
2. Regression
Approximately 120 minutes
Once deeply relaxed, you are guided through the regression process, allowing subconscious memories, imagery, sensations and experiences to arise and unfold.
You remain aware and in control throughout the session. Lee guides the process without directing what you should experience.
Afterwards, there is time to reflect on what emerged and consider how it may relate to your present life.
A journey of healing and discovery
Past Life Regression can be approached in different ways. You may come with a particular question or issue you'd like to explore - or simply with curiosity about what lies beneath the surface of your everyday awareness.
Whether you experience what emerges as a past-life memory, symbolic imagery, subconscious material or another form of inner experience, the value can lie in the insight and perspective it offers you.
You don't have to know exactly what you're looking for before you begin.
