Teaching movement, awareness and embodied wellbeing - a life long passion!
Teaching has been an integral part of Lee’s work in health and wellness for more than 15 years. Her approach brings together yoga, movement, anatomy, meditation, breathwork and embodied awareness with a deep respect for the individuality of each student.
For Lee, yoga is more than a physical practice. It is an opportunity to develop greater awareness of the body, mind and breath, and to explore how we move, feel and experience ourselves.
Her teaching is informed by both traditional yoga philosophy and contemporary movement science, with a particular interest in fascia, embodiment, functional movement and the therapeutic potential of yoga.
Rather than teaching one “correct” way to move, Lee encourages students to develop the skills to listen to their own bodies, understand their individual needs and make informed choices within their practice.
A practice that meets you where you are - Whether working with a complete beginner, an experienced practitioner, a movement professional or someone returning to movement after injury, Lee adapts her teaching to the individual.
Her classes and sessions may incorporate:
The intention is not simply to achieve a pose, but to develop greater awareness, confidence and connection within the body.
Sharing the practice
Lee is equally passionate about helping others develop their own understanding and teaching skills.
Through Yoga Teacher Training, workshops and Yoga Intensives, she creates opportunities for practitioners to go beyond the surface of yoga — exploring its philosophy, anatomy, movement principles and deeper potential for personal transformation.
Her teaching philosophy is simple:
Learn to listen.
Learn to understand.
Learn to adapt.
Then teach from experience.
Whether you are beginning your yoga journey, deepening an established practice or exploring the path of teaching, Lee’s intention is to create a space where you can learn, question, explore and grow.
